New Changes To Florida's Tag Law

As of 06/16/2009 the Florida law requiring motorcyclist to have their tags affixed horizontally has been changed as follows:

316.2085(3) A motorcyclist may not conceal or obscure their license plate. The requirement that a motorcycle license plate be affixed horizontally is deleted.

The old law that went into effect October 1st, 2008 carried a fine of $1,000.00 plus court cost and became known as the anti-biker law. ABATE and AMA vigorously opposed the law and were instrumental in the change.

KILLER CREEK HARLEY-DAVIDSON TO HOST THE GEORGIA MARCH ON WASHINGTON RENDEZVOUS RALLY

Roswell, Georgia- Killer Creek Harley-Davidson will host the Georgia March on Washington Rendezvous Rally on Thursday, September 10th at 10:00 a.m.

Killer Creek Harley-Davidson, working closely with the City of Roswell, has partnered with The Georgia Tea Party Patriots and Freedom Works to host an event for Georgians and riders en route to the 9/12 March on Washington, D.C. Motorcycle parking will be available on the Killer Creek lot and access road adjacent. Car parking will be available in the lot behind Palmer Dodge, next door to Killer Creek and Andretti's Karting located at 11000 Alpharetta Highway. Shuttles will begin running from Andretti's Karting at 8:30am. Food and beverages will be available from Ethyl's Diner and music will be provided by Don Law after the speaker agenda. VIP area provided by Chuck Watwood of LAWBIKE.COM.
